According to our record, one of our important Canada client asked us a question, like title: How to control the foreign material in the canned food?

This is a good point, the method that we controlled it as following:

Staff management

A.Store their personal things into dressing room.
B. Finger Nails should be spotless. Nails must be neatly trimmed to a moderate length.
C. Hair should be clean and well combed, all workmen are required to wear a cap.
D. All employees must follow the department head’s guidelines for maintaining professional appearance.
E. It is the responsibility of the employee to change uniform for cleaning and for mending whenever necessary.

Environment Cleanness

A. Keep the workshop and machines clean and tidy.
B. Arrange Production Officer is responsible for this every day.

Raw Materials & Production

A. The factory has established a set of strict and standard operation flow and goods quality control system.
B. Metal Detector, all materials (sugar, water, peach/pear…) will through the metal detector before seal.

(Some factories will use the X – RAY equipment to scan the finished cans again.)

QC Supervise

Every produce process, our related QC has strict requirement.

CIQ Inspect

All goods must be inspected by CIQ (Commodity Inspection and Quarantine) before shipment.
