Increase the quantity

You can try to increase your orders’ quantity, the price will be better.

Warehouse service

Some customers told us they only have a small warehouse, this is definitely a big question, so why you not try our warehouse service?

You can save storage costs, customer can place orders in January, but they can ship orders in June, finished goods will be placed in our warehouse. Goods marketing and distribution scheme can be adjusted according to your market demand.

Change the drain weight

Some customers really do not need more quantity, never mind, we have new solution.

As we all known, for 15 oz Peach halves, the standard drain weight is 250g, we can produce 240g for you, the price can be cut.

Change the composition

You need a standard d.w.? We have another solution, such as tropical fruit salad, the standard composition is 45% Pineapple, 45% Red/Yellow Papaya, 10% Guava.

We can provide a new composition: 35% Pineapple, 55% Red/Yellow Papaya, 10% Guava. Price will be better.

Whatever you are a canned food buyer, importer or supplier, you should know and follow the local law timely, right? Then your orders will going on well.

We received the new supplier requirements from our Canadian client last month. We appreciated the relative information that the customer provided.

They told us:

“Please pay close attention to the below requirement, these documents are extremely important, without them our company will not comply with the new regulations. The documents must be provided on time and QA manager must be in copy on all the documents.

No balance payments will be made until we have all the necessary documents and we will refuse shipments.

Following the new Canadian Consumer Safety and protection regulations that came into effect at the beginning of this new year, the following documentation is required before the product arrives in Canada:

-Letter of guarantee proving that the product is safe for consumption.
-HACCP or other Certification;
-Kosher Certification if applicable;
-Proof that the product is going through a metal detector or X-Ray.
-Product Specification;
-Declaration of allergens;
-Proof of Audit (BRC/HACCP/IFS Certification,…) ;
-Organic Certification if applicable;
-Description and identification of ≠ lot;
-MSDS if applicable ;
-Certificate of microbiological analysis if applicable.

The documents must be identified by the batch number of the sent product. “

Because canned vegetable belong to the season product as well, once you miss the chance, you may can not found stock. So we suggest arranging your purchasing plan before vegetable season.

Green Asparagus: June, July, August  
Kidney Beans: From February to November

Chinese New Year – Spring Festival will be on 5 February, 2019, it is an important festival in China.

According to different situation, the factories will have 3 holiday plan.

Holiday 1

Auwelltier Food, Shipping Agent, CIQ and 5% Factory will adopt it.

Holiday 2

Because it is difficult to buy the ticket during the festival, so 75% factory will adopt this plan, it will be convenient for workers to buy the train or air ticket (from factory to home).

Holiday 3

Same reason, it will be convenient for workers to buy the ticket (from home to factory), 20% factories will use this.

According to our record, one of our important Canada client asked us a question, like title: How to control the foreign material in the canned food?

This is a good point, the method that we controlled it as following:

Staff management

A．Store their personal things into dressing room.
B. Finger Nails should be spotless. Nails must be neatly trimmed to a moderate length.
C. Hair should be clean and well combed, all workmen are required to wear a cap.
D. All employees must follow the department head’s guidelines for maintaining professional appearance.
E. It is the responsibility of the employee to change uniform for cleaning and for mending whenever necessary.

Environment Cleanness

A. Keep the workshop and machines clean and tidy.
B. Arrange Production Officer is responsible for this every day.

Raw Materials & Production

A. The factory has established a set of strict and standard operation flow and goods quality control system.
B. Metal Detector, all materials (sugar, water, peach/pear…) will through the metal detector before seal.

(Some factories will use the X – RAY equipment to scan the finished cans again.)

QC Supervise

Every produce process, our related QC has strict requirement.

CIQ Inspect

All goods must be inspected by CIQ (Commodity Inspection and Quarantine) before shipment.

Pre-contract

You can sign a pre-contract with supplier, for example, if you need to purchase two containers sliced pears, you place three and ship two, the rest one as your spare.

Free Warehouse

We found that large clients only have a small warehouse until we made further investigation, they don’t hope to pay high storage charges.

To solve this problem, we rent many warehouses. Orders can be finished and placed in our warehouse, but goods can be delivered at any time according to your request.
